Black Forest Cake
Classical and luxury, black forest cake always a favorite at every opportunity any celebration. Creating it is not as hard as it looks, with simple direction and complete recipe as below, it was easy.
Ingredients:
8 eggs (medium size)
60 g cocoa powder
40 g cornstarch
100 g low protein flour / moderate
1 tbsp emulsifier (= 15 gr)
100 g butter, melted
200 gr sugar
1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla
500 g whipped cream / butter cream
100 g Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
10 red cherry fruit
1 can of black cherry, strain, separate water
Method:
1. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and cornstarch and stir well.
2. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thickened (10-15 minutes, until the crest Petruk).
3. Enter as she sifted flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Enter the melted butter and stir well.
4. Pour into 3 size 22x22x4cm baking dish, oven until cooked (180 C, 20 ¡V25 minutes).
5. Cool, wet with black cherry water. Place one cake layer, rub with butter cream or whipped cream, black cherry and set the parts on it. Stack the second layer on top, black cherry and give topical again, again with the top layer stacks. Each layer of moistened with water do not forget the black cherry.
6. Tidy up, rub the entire cake with whipped cream or butter cream, decorate with shaved DCC / fence / arabesque shut all. Spray butter cream, decorated with a red cherry.
